Garlicky Grains Bowl

Put it in a bowl and immediately it’s a meal, right? Wrong! Get some flavor on those grains with a quick toss in Roasted Garlic Vegan Blend. Olive oil, garlic, roasted onions, parsley, salt and black pepper really takes our quinoa, farro and brown rice bowls to another level.

INSTRUCTIONS
SERVES 2-4
  1. Toss 2 cups of cooked grains (rice, quinoa, farro, barley, wheat berries, any combo!) with 6 to 8 discs of Vegan Blend.
  2. Garnish with fresh tomato, baby arugula and sliced red onion.
OTHER RECIPE IDEAS
  • Toss with roasted fingerling potatoes, return to oven for a few minutes to get nice caramelization.
  • Sauté riced cauliflower in melted Roasted Garlic Blend.
  • Slather corn on the cob with melted Garlic Blend and serve with wedges of lime.
